The "Carry All Bag" is temporarily sold out, but should be back in stock in 2-3 weeks (does not appear to be limited edition, so that's good news).

The three Jumbo Pins can't be sold over the phone until 30 days after they go on sale (some limited edition pin BS policy).

Not part of the "Disneyland Map" festivities, but that "Fantasyland Purse" costs $36.00.
